It's been a while that I did not enjoy a sunset...and I mean, to attend the momenti in which the sun goes down behind the buildings and keeps reflecting on the watery surface of a river or a sea.
Without this kind of oasis...I think that, a city like New York could implode.
Era parecchio che non godevo di un tramonto...nel senso di assistere al momento in cui il sole si nasconde dietro gli edifici in lontananza, mentre il suo riflesso continua a luccicare sulla tavola liquida di un mare o un fiume.
Se non ci fossero queste piccole oasi di pace...penso che un città come New York imploderebbe.

A volte si ha solo bisogno di respirare più lentamente e fare scorrere i pensieri...e la vista dell'acqua, non so a voi, ma a me fa l'effetto di un massaggio rilassante.
Essere circondati da grattacieli che possono dare l'impressione di infinito, per quanto alti e miranti al cielo...a volte soffocano, opprimono e rendono a tratti sclerotici.
Penso che se avessi avuto una go pro, si sarebbe potuta vedere la linea del mio sorriso dapprima teso e calante, poi magicamente sollevato.

Without this kind of oasis...I think that, a city like New York could implode.
Sometimes you just need to breathe more slowly and let the thoughts flow...and to me, the view of the water is as relaxing as a massage.
From time to time, being surrounded by skyscrapers makes you feel downtrodden, stifled and at times sclerotic.
I think that, if I had a go-pro camera, probably I cold have catched the momenti in which the line of my smile before taut, magically lifted.
